Toast Electric is New Zealand's only not-for-profit electricity retailer, based here in Te Whangānui-a-Tara. Run by Sustainability Trust, Toast works on an innovative social enterprise 'giving' model. Anyone can join Toast and it functions like any other power company would, except all profits are reinvested to support low-income customers facing energy hardship.

With over 3000 customers supporting more than 450 households facing energy hardship, Toast is making sure that nobody is left behind in the green energy transition.

STIHL SHOP Petone is owned by Hutt Valley locals Alastair and Louise Thomson. We specialise in online and in-store sales of STIHL tools, and with a full service workshop, you can be rest-assured that your equipment will be kept in great working condition for years to come.

Alastair and Louise are proud supports of a number of local organisations, such as Hutt High School Water Polo, HOBM Rugby, St Patricks Silverstream, Hutt International Boys School and the Upper Hutt Axemens Club.
